Need Help Finding Your Curbstop/Property Line? Here are some FAQs and tips for finding them.

New Trails!
Members of our VGHOA have worked hard the past two years to apply for grants and were officially approved to add new trails to our neighborhood! These will be located as a continuation of our current trails in phases 3-5.
Many of you have presented questions and concerns regarding the location of these new trails. These concerns were addressed in our June meeting and the minutes will be posted in early July.
Thank You
To those of you who responded to the survey and those that attended our monthly meeting, Thank You! We value your feedback and concerns for our community.
The results of the Survey are in:
121 homeowners responded
- 27 voted for an RID : this option gives the County the responsibility to manage the improvements of our roads and charge us through property taxes.
- 73 voted for the HOA to privately fund road improvements resulting in increased fees.
- 21 Felt that neither option was adequate
Based on the survey results VGHOA will pursue privately funding road improvements for our neighborhood.

— Watering —
As we enter into the warmer seasons please remember to conserve water!
We have an easy system to help you remember: If your house is an odd number, water on the odd days of the month. Even numbers water on the even days. This keeps our water pumps from being overloaded.
You can program your sprinkler systems for every other day. >> click the button below for some tips on programming!

Dog Owners…
We Love our VG pooches, so let’s make our neighborhood a safe and welcoming place for others to appreciate our dogs as much as we do.
Remember to be respectful of your neighbors by Keeping your dog on a leash outside of homes/fences.
If you’re taking your dog out for a walk on the trails or throughout the neighborhood please kindly use the provided doggy bags & trash cans at our parks to dispose of any of their “messes”.
Thank You!!!
